What does TMINUS1 mean? 

T-minus is a countdown term. Our brand name T MINUS 1 is an extension of the same. We believe that this singular moment we’re in- where here meets now, is reality. Our appreciation for time and being and the impermanence of it all, is what we’ve translated into messaging on each product of ours. We’re certain that you’d love the whole T MINUS 1 experience.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Our products ship for free within India.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not offer international shipping. But hey, email us at connect@tminus1.co and we'll arrange something for you.

When will my order ship and when should I expect to receive it?

Orders once placed leave our warehouse within 2 days and are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days after placing your order, depending on your pincode.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your returns policy?

We are a small business entity and as a brand, we believe in less is more and produce a limited number of units per design/collection for sale. This helps us reduce wastage. For the same reason, we will not be able to offer returns or refunds for our products at this point.

What is your Exchange policy?

All product sales are final, but in case of manufacturing defects we offer exchange for the same product, subject to the listed exchange conditions.

Exchange Conditions:

• Items must not be washed, worn or damaged and free of any odours or fragrances
• All original tags must be attached
• You must present a valid receipt

Socks are a final sale item and not eligible for exchange.  

How to mail back an item to be exchanged?

Reach out to connect@tminus1.co with the following information: your order number, items you'd like to exchange and reason for exchange. We will then get back to you with exchange instructions. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for exchanges to be processed.

SIZING

What is the size I should order?

Getting you the right fits is our utmost priority and a detailed sizing chart is available on each product page.

P.S.: Our Start Anew Men's Snug-fit Supima Tees have been designed to fit snug, so we recommend you size up if you're someone who prefers a regular fit. 

Will my clothes shrink after washing?

Please follow our wash care instructions for the products to avoid any shrinkage.

We recommend flat drying for all our products. If you get lazy (as some of us do) and use a tumble dryer, kindly ensure it’s on low heat or else you may see slight shrinkage.
