You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” or any other tool or malicious code that would disrupt our website or try to compromise other users and other accounts.  This site does not allow users to post content.

Accessing this website and account security

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any material we provide on this website at our sole discretion. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of this website, or the entire website, to users, including any registered users.

We reserve the right to amend these terms of use and privacy policy at any time and without prior notice. If we do this, we will post the amended terms of use and/or privacy policy and indicate at the top of the terms of use or the privacy policy, as the case may be, the date such was last revised. General Conditions

You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorised activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, copywriting, images, video and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 

Pricing

We price our products with a lot of thought and the prices may vary depending on collection or season. On occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a product’s price, this website will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website.

Delivery and Shipping

We offer shipping to most locations in India.

We usually dispatch products that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order.

There is a nominal charge for Cash on Delivery if your PIN code is supported. If you reject a confirmed COD order, we will be unable to serve you in the future.

If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges

We are a small business entity and as a brand, we believe in less is more and produce a limited number of units per design/collection for sale. This helps in reducing wastage. Because of the same, we are not able to offer returns or refunds for our products at this point.

We offer product exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.  For exchanges, we request the customer to ship the product/s themselves. 

A return order is ineligible for exchange if it is done beyond the 14 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible exchange, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorised in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.

All exchanges are made to the original delivery address unless we are notified of address change and we reply with confirmation of the same.

If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our online store, please send us an email at tminus1connect@gmail.com from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 14 calendar days.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless T MINUS 1 Designs Pvt. Ltd., our employees and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
